Sean Williams

Born and raised in Miami, Sean was first inspired by the vast food diaspora in his hometown. He also learned at a young age that high quality, fresh ingredients make the best meals.

​

Eventually, he pursued his love of the culinary world by attending the Culinary Institute of America, where he met his wife and co-owner, Jennifer.

 

With experience working in formal restaurant kitchens and the corporate catering world, Sean carries his value of customer service into the bakeshop. He loves the science of baking, leading a team and making sure all of his co-workers feel valued and content.
